Feeling fresh is so important for any performer, no matter the size of the show. From New Kids On The Block at Ball Arena to Dermot Kennedy at Red Rocks Amphitheater… all the way to Griz at Okeechobee Music Festival, self-care is a great way to dissolve pre show jitters!
